Combination of raw and cooked mixed seafood, red onion, cucumber, red and yellow tomato, marinated in citrus soy sauce and cilantro. $ 14

Roasted teriyaki Spareribs

Moist, tender ribs slowly roasted in a low oven and topped with sweet and salty teriyaki glaze. $13

Sesame-Ginger Tofu and Shiitake Kebabs

Marinated sesame seed oil, firm tofu, shiitake mushrooms, scallions and orange skewered and broiled until nicely brown. $10

Chilled tofu cubes served with Ponzu sauce and Azuma seaweed salad. $10
